The Perry Vineyard – three acres of Petite Sirah (Planted in 2006)
200 Spanish and Italian Olive Trees – primarily Arbequina & Empletre
Our winemaking philosophy is to make a premium quality Cabernet in small quantity with grapes picked at optimal ripeness. The hillside vineyard provides us with well drained soil that keeps our yields low, producing the highest quality fruit. Our goal is to produce the finest expression of Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
